Having a toxic relationship with food is a part of my story, too.
Before I worked as a nutritherapist and wellness coach, I dabbled in every form of disordered eating you can imagine. For too long, I was ADDICTED to logging the calories of everything I ate and making sure my workout would “count”, only to find myself losing control and feeling immense shame that my “willpower” failed. I’d promise myself that tomorrow would be better, and so the cycle continued. Now that these struggles are behind me, I’ve emerged stronger. As we explore intuitive eating, food psychology and body image together, you’ll rediscover the joy of food and experience a life free from the heavy burden of stress around food and your body.
