I know what it’s like to feel trapped...
For years, I was consumed by food and body obsession—binge eating, restricting, intense workouts, controlling everything I ate… always trying to fix something to fit in.
I struggled with body dysmorphia, seeing myself as bigger than I really was, always convinced I needed to change something. But when I started addressing the deeper issues behind my struggles, everything shifted. Yes, my health improved, and my body changed, but more importantly, I learned to love myself in ways I never had before.
I stopped chasing perfection and began accepting who I was, just as I am. My relationships deepened, and I learned to be present with the people I love—and with myself.
Healing my relationship with food and my body was the best decision I ever made. It gave me the freedom to live a life that feels true to who I am.
