FOUNDER OF KAW

I launched KAW because mindfulness, self-care, and every aspect of wellness transformed my life. Through my journey and as I became a certified holistic wellness coach I learned that wellness is deeply personal, and embracing all pillars of wellness allowed me to consistently find balance and live a life I truly love. I realized there had to be a way to extend this transformative journey to others. As I committed to my daily rituals, I noticed a profound shift in my relationship with myself.

Eventually, I felt compelled to share my experiences to empower as many people as possible. KAW is all about helping you build the life you desire while strengthening your relationship with yourself, both inside and out. It's a journey of self-discovery, growth, and ultimately, finding bliss in every aspect of your life.
